The use of a blood pressure cuff bladder (sphygmomanometer bladder) is simple.

The bladder is ingeniously designed and meets the mechanical requirements so that the cuff can be firmly bundled on the arm to avoid the cuff falling off. For example, when our blood pressure is high, the cuff can act as a buffer to prevent the arm from bleeding under the skin due to excessive air pressure. To a certain extent, it can improve the accuracy of blood pressure measurement.

The bladder uses environmentally friendly, non-toxic, and odorless materials, mostly TPU. And it is produced with corresponding machines, which can be conventional heat-sealing equipment or customized production lines.

The conventional heat-sealing equipment may be a single-head heat-sealing machine or a sliding-type heat-sealing machine, but no matter which one is, the same process steps are used for heat-sealing welding.

First of all, it is necessary to use cutting equipment for assistance to cut the whole roll of TPU material in a single sheet, and then manually place the single sheet of TPU film layer by layer and move it to the bottom of the machine. And the material is heat-sealed and welded and cut the finished welded product at the same time. Finally, the worker takes out the finished product.

The customized automatic production line does not belong to conventional equipment and needs to pass the design evaluation before production. The design direction is customized according to the specific needs, and a bladder production line can be customized, from design to production to debugging. It takes a total of several months to deliver. The whole machine has multiple stations for coil feeding, automatic detection, automatic dragging, automatic screening, automatic heat sealing, automatic pulling, automatic cutting, etc., with a high degree of automation.

Because of the specificity of the production line, it is only for bladder production and is not available for other products are not available, and the pertinence is relatively strong. The labor and technical requirements of customized automatic production lines are relatively high, so the related costs are relatively high, but the effect is much higher than the efficiency of conventional equipment.

In the same way, the technology of conventional equipment is mature, it does not need to be re-developed and designed, and the production steps and processes are perfect. And it supports batch production, which naturally saves part of the labor cost, but again, the effect is far lower than that of automated production lines.

To sum up, A small and medium-sized enterprise with small production can choose conventional equipment and slowly develop and purchase an automated production line.  A large enterprise with large production can use an automated production line to increase efficiency and save labor because the test shows that the efficiency of the automatic production line can reach two times that of the conventional equipment.
